Clean room and excellent blackout shades ensured good sleep.

Upon check-in, the staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to charges for multiple rooms to my credit card instead of my colleagues' cards as requested. This not only caused confusion but forced us to sort out financial discrepancies ourselves. Additionally, the noise from neighboring rooms was intrusive and quite bothersome, detracting from an otherwise comfortable stay.

The breakfast spread was delicious, and the pool area was super nice for the kids – tons of seating to chill out! The only bummer was that the room could've used more sound insulation. we heard some noise from the hallway. Overall, it was a fab stay and close to downtown!

Noise was a problem!!! We could hear the shower and toilet from the room below. The room cleanliness needed attention, with unaddressed items left behind.
